All Bookkeeping services provided remotely by Certified Professional Bookkeepers (CPB) and include full-cycle Accounting. We work with Incorporated businesses, Sole-Proprietors and Partnerships.
Experience across several industries including Service-Based businesses, Construction, and Roofing, however, we are not limited to these areas. We service small to mid-size corporations that don’t need an in-house Accountant or Controller.
We report directly to the owner of the company or the highest level of management and often work with an outside CPA firm to finalize year-end Financial Statements and prepare Tax Returns.
We work primarily with QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Sage 50 Accounting Software and utilize other related document capturing apps. These different tools are used to streamline your business and to ensure we capture all expenses to lower your tax burden and maximize profits.
Services include, but are not limited to:
- Recording of daily transactions for both Payables and Receivables (Sales, Expenses, Payments coming in and going out)
- Preparation of Financial Statements (for decision-making purposes and tax preparation)
- Preparation and Filing of Government Remittances (Payroll, GST/HST, WSIB, EHT)
- Reconciliation of Bank and Credit Statements
- Payroll
- Closing of posting periods and annual adjusting entries for depreciation, etc.
- Catch-up Services for those who are behind up to a few years
